SmartCare Plan Disclaimers & Rules

1. For claims approved by 6 p.m. CST, devices will be REPAIRED and, in most cases, delivered the next day. Non-connected or Wi-Fi device repair and replacement generally takes 3-5 hours from the time an approved Smartcare repair center receives the equipment.

2. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands cannot be shipped for next day delivery.

3. A non-refundable deductible will be charged for each approved claim. Continuously enrolled customers who go claim free for 6-12 consecutive months save 25% off the standard deductible; and at 12 consecutive months or more save 50% off the standard deductible.

4. $0 DOWN for Give-a-way: For smartphones only. Waiver of fee subject to change. Limits: Eligibility, device, line and financing limits & other restr's apply.
